Tracy Groom is Vice President of Business Strategy and Development for Groom Law Firm. Ms. Groom has over 20 years of professional experience in business development, organizational psychology, sales, and marketing. She is dedicated to providing exceptional services and creating a firm culture that promotes the personal and professional growth of all team members & clients. She also leads the firm’s highly regarded Business Owner’s Bootcamp mentoring & motivational program.

Tracy Groom’s professional experience includes:

• Serving as the Director of Sales, Marketing, and Business Development for both public and private corporations

• Developing and instructing several college level courses at the University of Oklahoma and Denver Technical College
